30 day Money back guarantee


Our money back guarantee is only applicable to new users.  We will issue a full refund, less shipping, on returned products via email notification.  In the email, please mention your order number and date along with your request of refund. Upon receiving your request, we will respond via email with return instructions.   



The following conditions must be adhered for any purchases’ money back guarantee.


(a) All money back guarantees offered by Cospharm Enterprise are subject to a maximum period of 30 days. The start of the 30 day period is the day courier records successful delivery. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.  An email shall be sent to info@royalwhiteskincare.com within this period. 


(b) In the email please state (as detail as possible) how you used the product, the result after using and the reason for return.

(c) The original product container (jar, bottle etc.), including any remaining product, must be returned to us to process a refund.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when shipping the items.

(d) We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.

(e) Any purchase locally will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer. For overseas purchases via credit card, refund will be made through TT or to the original credit card. We are not responsible for any charges/fees assessed by your banking institution.

(f) Reorders and wholesale orders are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
